MILITARY SERVICE
Mike Pompeo is no stranger to public service.
Early in his career when he earned the opportunity to attend the United States Military Academy, Mike seized the moment and was an exemplary cadet, in fact graduating first in his class at West Point.
After graduation, Mike served with distinction as a cavalry officer in the U.S. Army, leading troops as they patrolled the Iron Curtain before the fall of the Berlin wall.
